A kid with a notebook and a very big imagination

Every storyteller has a first spark. Mine came early. All the way back in the 3rd Grade, I was given the chance to do a short story project. I had so much fun writing it, having my friends read it, and eventually turning it in that I realized it was the only thing I was ever going to want to do.

So, I started writing! Lord knows there was very little of what I wrote before college that was any good, but it was all building up to where I am today. I spent a lot of time writing fanfiction and occasionally my own ideas that I would hand off to my friends to read.

I’ve always been very influenced by superheroes. It became natural for me to want to write about them. Towards the beginning of my time in high school, I came up with an idea that I would shape and change a thousand times over until it would become everything I wanted: Legend Souls.

What became the basis for a world far larger than I ever thought I could make was really the product of an excitable kid who threw thousands of ideas at the wall. I didn’t even come back to the concept of Legend Souls until almost a decade later. That spark helped me finally find a foothold into my own world of ideas that I am so excited to share with you all.

I would be remiss to not mention that my friends are the only reason this has been possible. Their support in reading every chapter, building my stories in collaboration with me, and being a part of my own personal cheerleading team, is why I’m able to do this. I love you all very dearly.
